We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace. This role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on HR tasks.

Location Type: This is an onsite role supporting multiple locations in Holland, MI.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes including conducting new hire orientation.
• Conduct training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
