The Talent Acquisition Partner role in Holland, MI will help us bring innovative automation solutions to life.

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to be onsite at our headquarters in Holland, MI.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the internship/coop program, including recruiting and onboarding interns, coordinating career fair participation and travel logistics, and designing and delivering internship curriculum and engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (highly preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience designing and managing internship programs is highly desirable.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
