- Embark on thrilling full‑cycle recruitment quests, from unearthing hidden gems to rolling out the red carpet for new hires
- Develop clever sourcing strategies and build a talent pool that would make other companies green with envy
- Team up with hiring managers to craft irresistible job descriptions that attract a queue of candidates
- Manage applicant flow and maintain pristine records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules with orchestral precision
- Prepare candidates for interviews with wisdom and encouragement
- Collaborate on selection decisions and deliver offers that candidates can’t refuse
- Produce insightful reports on recruitment metrics, open positions, and hiring progress
- Build relationships with local universities to attract top young talent
- Represent the company at job fairs and on‑campus recruitment events
- Keep up with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for all recruitment activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in the corporate arena
- Proficiency with ATS, Linked In, Indeed, and other job boards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision‑making and analytical abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer‑service orientation
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise, especially Excel
- In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Valid driver’s license (required for attending job fairs, etc.)
- Team‑player mindset with collaborative skills
- Goal‑oriented and results‑driven, consistently hitting hiring targets
- Strict adherence to confidentiality
