Enviro-Clean Services, a dynamic and rapidly growing janitorial and cleaning service provider with over 1,600 team members across Michigan, is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to support our Holland Area office.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This position is primarily administrative, focusing on coordinating candidates through each stage of the process with little to no face-to-face interaction.

• Resume Screening: Review and assess applicants to identify qualified candidates.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Hiring Coordination: Finalize hire dates, track onboarding steps, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
• Process Management: Maintain accurate records and support the overall efficiency of our recruiting workflows.
• Fieldwork: The role may occasionally extend to field-based efforts, including promoting opportunities and proactively sourcing potential candidates.
