Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus + Monthly Profit Sharing.
Senior HR Manager OpportunityA growing, employee-focused organization is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join its leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence company culture, partner with executive leadership, and develop into a future HR Director position through a planned succession opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, safety, and organizational development. This Senior HR Manager will help drive key people initiatives while supporting a workforce of more than 1,500 employees across multiple locations.
Senior HR Manager ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior HR Manager, you will:
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, corrective actions, unemployment claims, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Manage workplace safety programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, workers’ compensation activities, and risk management efforts.
- Partner with senior leadership on compensation strategies, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook programs to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Support leadership development, employee engagement, training initiatives, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR best practices, employment law, and workplace matters.
To be successful in this Senior HR Manager role, candidates should possess:
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, and leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, workplace investigations, and employee relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting compensation, safety, training, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with leaders across the organization.
