Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure a robust supply chain.
• Generate and manage purchase orders for raw materials, components, and MRO items.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production and planning to forecast material needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or delivery.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, quality issues, and delivery delays.

• Direct purchasing experience (3-5+ years) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for purchasing, inventory, and production planning.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.

• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or components.
• Experience with international sourcing, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM).
• Proficiency with advanced ERP functionalities for forecasting or inventory optimization.
