- Bouwactiviteiten nauwkeurig opvolgen
- Rekening houden met het kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeleid
- Je bent de rechtstreekse contactpersoon van de klant
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan de Technisch Directeur
- Een afgeronde MBO / HBO opleiding Bouwkunde
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Projecleider of Projectmanager in de bouw
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Enthousiast en flexibel
Indicatie salaris (min – max] 3500 – 5000
