Apprenticeship Opportunities, Tuition Reimbursement & On-the-Job Training Available. This is an onsite position located in Holland, MI
.

• Prepare, weld, and fabricate ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Utilize fabricating tools such as MIG & TIG welders, torches, plasma cutters, grinders, clamps, and other tools.
• Organize and maintain work area to 5S standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Identify different types of steel.
• Solve or communicate discrepancies effectively.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements.
• Follow JR manufacturing standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team to accomplish tasks and goals.
• Operate equipment safely and abide by safety policies and best practices.
• Report unsafe work acts and inspect all lifting devices before use.
• Clean and organize work area at the end of each shift.
• Assist in other areas when needed.
• Work to and follow AWS Standards, along with WPS qualifications.

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-year prior industrial experience preferred; 2 years vocational school preferred.
• Ability to pass and operate within AWS D 1.1 qualifications.
• Must pass annual Chromium (VI) medical certification.
• Participate in annual Chromium (VI) protection training program.
