Provide customers (internal and external) with proper product delivered on‑time and to the proper location. Ensure inventory levels are accurate and maintained. Responsible for the safe operation of liquefied gas or electric‑powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices (i.e., forklift).

• Observe and comply with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements associated with this job description.
• Participate in needs analysis and attend and perform the requirements of scheduled training and educational programs identified for this position.
• Participate, as requested, in independent objective auditing activities and support company continuous improvement activities.
• Stop work on processes as appropriate and contain suspect or defective material or services to avoid further processing.
• Move levers and pedals to drive forklift and control movement of lifting apparatus.
• Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hook tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transport load to designated area.
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
• Inventory materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Recharge batteries or replace liquefied gas tank.

This is a Z Shift / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday‒Sunday position located at our plant in Holland, MI
. Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends outside of regular hours to ensure we meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for 8‑10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School diploma or GED.
• One‑month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous material handling work experience preferred.
• Previous Hilo driving experience preferred.
• Has high standards of performance for self.
