• Observe and comply with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in needs analysis, training programs, and independent objective auditing activities.
• Stop work on processes as appropriate and contain suspect or defective material.
• Move levers, press pedals, drive the forklift, and control lifting apparatus.
• Position forklifts or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, or products.
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering the lifting device.
• Move material from location to location within the plant efficiently.
• Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with needed materials.
• Weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Recharge batteries or replace liquefied gas tanks.

This position is a 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Sunday – Thursday at our plant in Holland, MI. Occasionally, you may be required to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends to meet customer needs.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• One month related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous material handling or high‑ilo driving experience preferred.
• Physical capability to stand for 8‑10 hours a day and perform the essential functions of the position.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work up to 12 hours per day.
• Basic computer skills and safe driving required.
• Demonstrated integrity, thoroughness, and reliability in all job tasks.
• Positive attitude toward continuous improvement and conflict resolution.
• Ability to focus on benefits of change and view change as a learning opportunity.
• Commitment to be at work when scheduled and maintain coverage when absent.
