Industrial Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour ($1.00 shift differential)

Our client is seeking an Industrial Technician or Journeyman to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and installing/repairing manufacturing equipment. Candidates should work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams, operate with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• Installs, repairs, rebuilds, and maintains precision machines and production tools.
• Diagnoses machine malfunctions and plans and implements actions to return equipment to operation and prevent future breakdowns.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals to perform safe and effective repairs.

• Experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
