Herman Miller in Michigan is seeking candidates for an Apprentice Tool/Fixture maker program. Trainees will work under Journeyman Tool/Fixture makers and complete a 4-5 year program, including 500-600 hours of classroom instruction.
You will learn to operate and program CNC machines, build fixtures, read blueprints, and communicate changes to engineering. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; forklift certification is also required.
