Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Die Setter/Press Operator for our plant. You will set up and change dies on 200–2500 ton presses, ensure quality parts, and follow JES and setup sheets to meet specifications.
You will understand and apply the Quality Policy, handle non-conformities, participate in corrective actions, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment through teamwork and reliability. This role may require long shifts and weekend work.
