Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development & Marketing, the Digital Brand & Content Manager will develop and execute Craft Co’s brand presence across social, web, and direct-to-consumer channels. This is a hands‑on role for a creative, strategic marketer who can bring energy, authenticity, and storytelling to life across every platform.
This role will lead brand storytelling across web, social and DTC touchpoints; create and manage content calendars and daily social media engagement and directs photography, video and other creative development to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity. The position also supports website updates, collaborates with internal and external partners on marketing campaigns, and drives performance analytics to continually refine and optimize Craft Co’s digital strategy.
The ideal candidate brings both vision and execution; someone who can turn bold ideas into real results through organization, collaboration, and creativity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Creative- Serve as the brand steward for all Craft Co portfolio brands, ensuring consistent voice, visual identity, and messaging across consumer‑facing platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust content calendars aligned with seasonal priorities, vendor campaigns, and brand objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day creative production and design updates, including POS materials, tasting room menus and sales collateral.
- Coordinate quarterly digital brand campaigns, managing ad placement and creative execution.
- Oversee and partner with creative contractors to produce elevated, high‑quality imagery and video content that tells the Craft Co story.
- Write and edit copy for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials that reflect each brand’s identity and story.
- Manage brand marketing budget allocation to ensure responsible spend and maximum ROI.
- Manage day‑to‑day activity of Craft Co’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.), serving as the first line of response with consumers and ensuring consistent, engaging, and authentic brand voice.
- Oversee paid digital advertising, partnerships (including Flaviar) and influencer collaborations, ensuring ROI‑driven execution.
- Leverage analytics tools (Meta, Tik Tok, Google Analytics, etc. to measure performance for social media, paid media and direct‑to‑consumer channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Word Press site updates (minor copy, image, and hour changes); coordinate major website refreshes or upgrades with external developers.
- Stay attuned to emerging digital trends, AI tools, SEO best practices, pop culture moments and category shifts to keep Craft Co’s brands culturally relevant and authentically engaged.
- Partner with the Sales and Social House teams to align on promotional efforts (i.e., store rewards programs, tasting room events, etc.) and develop materials that drive traffic, depletions and engagement.
- Support leadership with innovation planning, packaging updates and brand presentations.
- Bring vitality and creativity to the brand, inspiring the team to step out of their comfort zone, create organic content, and amplify Craft Co’s personality across platforms.
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, or content strategy for a consumer brand, ideally in food, beverage, or lifestyle industries and/or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand management, and content strategy.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media campaigns, vendor partnerships, and creative production.
- Proficiency in tools such as Word Press, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative , collaborative, and naturally curious , energized by trends, tech, and new ways to connect with audiences.
