We are looking for a lead pastor who will build on our strength of being a warm and friendly congregation that welcomes all. The pastor should equip and direct the congregation as we work to become more outwardly focused.
The next pastor will need to clarify the vision and use biblical preaching and teaching, humor, humility, and a warm and welcoming personality to move us toward that vision.
With an inter-generational focus, we desire a pastor who can relate well to all generations, but especially with the youth.
This is an excellent opening to take on the Lead Pastor Rose Park Church Rooted. Growing. Building. In Christ. role at Reformed Church in America.
