RN – Full & Part‑time, All Shifts (Sign‑On Bonuses $10k–$20k)

Salary: $29.00–$39.50 per hour (shift differentials included).

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6 am–2 pm; 2nd Shift: 2 pm–10 pm; 3rd Shift: 10 pm–6 am. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Sign‑On Bonuses: Part‑time $10,000;
Full‑time $20,000. Additional annual retention bonus $2,500–$5,000.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote independent lifestyles.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes; develop and monitor care plans, re‑assess residents.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services; coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
• Availability for any/all emergencies within the community.
