Advisa Care is looking for a few great RNs!
Our Skilled Nursing team provides intermittent care to Medicare beneficiaries in their homes- often after an inpatient stay for illness or surgery.
You'll help patients recover their independence and feel confident managing life at home.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Help patients understand and manage their disease process
- Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments
- Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies
- Evaluate home safety and patient needs
- Support medication and disease management
- Connect patients with helpful community resources
- Coordinate care with physicians, providers, caregivers, therapists, and families
And you'll do it all with:
- A stethoscope
- A BP cuff
- A bag of supplies
- Your clinical expertise
- And your heart

ARE YOU NURSE ENOUGH?
Michigan RN License
Michigan Driver's license and proof of insurance
CPR
1 year Home Health Experience Preferred; ER or Critical Care Experience a Plus
OASIS Experience Preferred
Critical Thinking and Task Skills Necessary
Computer Skills a Must
