Quality Supervisor - Holland Area

Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

• Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the production floor.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and generate regular reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance/control role within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor personnel.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with advanced quality planning and problem-solving tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA facilitation).
