Research Scientist
Indiana Packers Corporation (IPC) seeks an experienced R&D Meat Scientist to lead applied research and product development across our value-added portfolio. You will translate technical concepts into scalable products, lead plant trials, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, Sales and Marketing, and Regulatory to deliver concepts from idea to commercialization.
This onsite role will be based near IPC facilities in Delphi, IN;
Holland, MI; or Owensboro, KY, with travel as needed to
