Position Overview:

In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

• Show off your organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks to support store operations.
• Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and safety standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment where every guest is valued, areas are neat, and pizzas are prepared to the highest quality.

• Master all stations: preparing pizzas, handling transactions, and making menu suggestions to enhance guests’ experience.
• Share specials, add-ons, loyalty programs, and other beneficial programs with guests.
• Demonstrate care for the community by assisting guests, such as opening doors or delivering pizzas to cars when appropriate.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all methods of payment.

• Operate and clean equipment safely according to Papa Murphy’s standards.
• Follow procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products to ensure quality.
• Perform duties of the runner or dish person as needed.

• Knowledge of food safety preferred

• Regularly stand and walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Clean duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
• Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance
