Lead Server

• Assist the Catering and Dining Room Manager with daily operations
• Ensure efficient, courteous seating and service for residents and guests
• Maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of dining areas and server stations
• Provide leadership, training, and support to dining room staff

Currently Hiring: Full‑time

Pay: $16.25 per hour

• Assist the Catering and Dining Room Manager with daily operations
• Ensure efficient, courteous seating and service for residents and guests
• Maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of dining areas and server stations
• Provide leadership, training, and support to dining room staff

• Oversee dining room appearance including tables, chairs, floors, lighting, and server stations
• Coordinate seating for residents and guests
• Schedule stations and work assignments for servers
• Provide on‑the‑job training, including workplace safety procedures
• Record meal counts, reservations, and additional charges
• Maintain full knowledge of POS system
• Assign pre‑ and post‑shift side work
• Assign servers to work stations
• Wait tables and provide beverage/bar service as needed
• Participate in cost‑control measures
• Check supplies (linens, carry‑out goods, etc.)
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to appropriate departments
• Attend in‑service training and education sessions
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years Lead Server/Trainer experience in fine dining, club, hotel, or similar environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability to work any of the 7 days per week
• Ability to interpret menus, answer questions, and coordinate meal service
• Ability to work professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• State‑required health and/or alcohol compliance card
