Counter Sales Clerks have direct contact with the customer. They greet customers, determine the customer’s needs, describe merchandise, answer questions, enter and process orders, and compute sales prices.

They keep up to date on current sales, promotions and policies regarding products, payments, exchanges, etc.

• Provide product demonstrations to customers.
• Answer the store phone.
• All Young Supply employees are expected to follow safety protocols at all times, and employees in safety sensitive positions must agree to participate in ongoing training while they are employed.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

• Exceptional customer relations skills.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC service/sales.
• Basic computer skills, including order management software.
• Able to handle multiple assignments at once.

• Two years of industry experience.
• Comfortable answering the phone and making calls on behalf of the company.
• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
