Episode is the market leader in second‑hand fashion, with 17 stores in 6 countries and a global wholesale business. We are growing quickly! To support our stores, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Retail Support team for at least 24 hours per week.

The Job

As Retail Support, you are the main contact for our international stores. You organize, coordinate, analyze and solve problems: from administration and reports to practical store issues. Not one day is the same! A leaking tap in Brussels? A budget question from Paris? A cash difference in Hamburg? You fix it. You work closely with the Retail Manager, regional managers and external partners.

Bringing structure, keeping overview and getting things done – that is your strength.

Your Tasks

  • First contact for stores with questions or problems.
  • Main point of contact for communication between stores, regional managers and Head Office.
  • Check cash books, payments and invoices.
  • Coordinate maintenance and technical issues in stores.
  • Analyze stock, store performance and social media data.
  • Keep administration in order: lists, archiving, document management.
  • Think about process improvements.

Our Head Office in Hem is the heart of Episode. Clothes from all over the world arrive here. We sort the clothes by hand, so the right pieces go to our stores and wholesale customers. Then we wash and prepare the products for the stores, and send them to our 17 stores across Europe.

It is an international place where English is the main language. Customers from all over the world visit us, and no day is the same. We work closely together, help each other, and as a family business (second generation active) we build a strong international future.

Who Are You

  • A good team player who wants to help grow our company.
  • Proactive, flexible and solution‑oriented.
  • At least 1 year experience in retail or administrative support.
  • Good communication skills and speaks English well (must).
  • Tech‑savvy: good with Microsoft (Excel, Teams, SharePoint), curious about AI tools and ready to help with digital improvements.
  • Basic financial knowledge (for simple tasks like booking invoices and cash administration).
