The TJX Companies, Inc. invites applicants to join our dynamic team. As part of Home Goods, your role will help us deliver a highly satisfied customer experience while promoting growth and collaboration across our retail stores, distribution centers, and global offices.

Lead the frontline to promote a highly satisfied customer experience, drive loyalty, and mentor associates on daily register operations. You will maintain integrity, uphold company policies, and foster an inclusive culture that values and engages everyone.

• Drive customer loyalty through programs and initiatives
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly
• Update associates on current customer experience feedback, goals, and company initiatives
• Train and mentor all associates on policies and procedures
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback on cashier performance
• Maintain and monitor cash controls including change fund
• Adhere to all labor laws and meal and break period policies
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimized coverage at the frontline and sales floor
• Audit and approve paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness, recovery, and organizational standards throughout the frontline
• Monitor all frontline equipment, communicating issues to management
• Execute and adhere to company directives
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards within the queue‑line
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures (e.g., merchandise ticketing, EAS tagging—if applicable, and coding standards)
• Ensure proper and timely handling of damages and mark‑out‑of‑stock items
• Promote a safe environment, reporting any type of safety hazard in the store
• Other duties as assigned

• High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Team‑player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Capable of lifting heavy merchandise with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to train and provide direction to others
• Ability to run a register and handle money
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior coordinator or retail/supervisory experience preferred
