As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Our mission is to empower customers to express themselves through hair, with a focus on creating a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to help you succeed, and you bring your passion and personality to the role.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a variety of working schedules to meet store needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

• Long periods of standing and walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• Frequent lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or records; working around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
