What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound Prospecting: Complete 75+ calls daily, reaching external prospects and existing internal accounts to uncover new opportunities and book meetings. Executing Linked In & Email campaigns and responding to prospects that reply.
- Book Discovery Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives by identifying prospects' pain points and uncovering previously unknown opportunities, leveraging your ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- Qualify & Nurture Inbound Leads: Execute follow up calls, personalized email & Linked In connections with Inbound leads that have not responded to initial contact from Account Executives.
- Research & Curiosity: Conduct thorough research to refine and enhance prospect lists. Your inquisitive nature should lead you to ask insightful questions, ensuring you deeply understand the challenges our clients face.
- Clear & Effective Communication: Engage in concise, impactful conversations with engineers, designers, production specialists, and executives, clearly articulating how SWYFT Solutions can address their unique needs.
- CRM (Hub Spot) Management: Log all activities meticulously, manage daily tasks, and maintain accurate data hygiene within Hub Spot, as this CRM is vital for tracking progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in SDR, BDR, or high-volume inside sales roles (preferably technical or SaaS-related).
- Demonstrated track record booking discovery meetings and consistently achieving KPIs.
- Familiarity and comfort using Hub Spot (or similar CRM systems).
- Ability to commute regularly to Holland, MI, typically 1–2 days per week.

CAD/SOLIDWORKS Experience
Location: Hybrid – typically 1–2 days/week in Holland, MI; remainder remote (may vary)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission
