What You’ll Do- Assemble and install electrical harnesses, console wiring, and other unit electrical systems
- Use diagrams, schematics, and instructions to complete installations accurately
- Operate hand tools and crimping tools to route, secure, and connect wiring
- Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet Tiara’s electrical and safety standards
- Work closely with team members in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Participate in daily cleaning and organization of the Electrical Assembly area (5S practices)
- Identify and handle color‑coded wires and components with accuracy
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a focus on safety and efficiency
- Experience or training in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to read and understand diagrams, part labels, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and safe wiring practices
- Strong attention to detail—your work affects the safety and reliability of the entire vessel
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently under deadlines and collaborating with others
- Ability to distinguish wire colors accurately and follow proper electrical coding
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
