From caulking and wiring to plumbing and heavy part installation, you’ll play a vital role in assembling the systems that bring our boats to life.

What You’ll Do- Assemble a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and structural components in the hull and deck
- Perform light plumbing, caulking, and sealing to ensure leak-free and clean installations
- Route and install wire harnesses, hoses, and systems with accuracy and care
- Operate heavy-duty equipment such as hoists and overhead cranes to install major components
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to complete tasks to spec
- Perform visual quality checks and communicate issues clearly with your team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards
- Contribute to cross-functional tasks as needed; your versatility is your strength
- A solid foundation in basic mechanical, electrical, or plumbing tasks
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied physical positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — you’ll work closely with multiple departments
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, marine, or automotive industries is helpful, but not required
