We are seeking a SAP Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative IT solutions within our S/4

HANA environment. Based onsite at our Holland, MI headquarters, this role will focus on building modern SAP applications and integrations using technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), RAP, REST services, and OData. The successful candidate will contribute to solution design, application development, system enhancements, and integration efforts across key SAP functional areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, Materials Management, and Finance.

Depending on experience and expertise, this individual may also play a larger role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and driving development best practices. Ideal candidates bring strong SAP technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that support business objectives. The position level and compensation will be determined based on the depth and breadth of a candidate's experience, leadership, and demonstrated expertise.

• Analyze business and user requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications and integrations within the S/4
  
  HANA environment.
• Contribute to software architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Apply and promote software development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and development approaches that improve team effectiveness and solution quality.
• Partner with project teams to support planning, estimation, and delivery activities using agile development methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as appropriate based on experience and role level.

• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field
• Education Equivalency:
  Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
• 5+ years of design, development, and support experience in the relevant technology stack with a Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience with SAP Fiori and RAP
• Expertise in Key User and Pro Developer Extensibility
• 2 years technical leadership and mentorship experience
• Ability to travel outside of Holland, MI headquarters (domestic and international) up to approximately 5% of the time
• Ability to collaborate across and support international teams and time zones
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI; this position does not offer remote or hybrid work

• 10+ years of design, development, and support experience in relevant technology stack
