We are seeking on-call Seasonal Snow Salt Truck Drivers to help keep roads safe and clear during the winter season. The role runs from November through the last snowflake, with potential opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.

• Operate snow salt trucks and respond to on-call snow removal assignments.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Accurately submit details of hours, activities, and materials in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective snow removal during winter conditions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid CDL A License or CDL B with Air Brakes and no restrictions required.
• Valid MDOT certification (company will assist in acquiring one).
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in challenging weather conditions.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Smartphone required.

• Competitive base pay: $28-$30 per hour, depending on experience and license.

• Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate availability.

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.
