Responsibilities/Duties- Accounts payable (invoice processing, statement reconciliation, management of purchasing cards)
- New employee onboarding and records maintenance
- Assist with weekly union payroll process
- Subcontract management
- Office supply purchasing
- Assist with event/meeting planning and catering orders
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed
- Greet incoming callers/visitors with excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience is required
- Experience with accounts payable is required
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be a self‑starter and multi‑task, with agility to move between competing priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Strong technical skills to learn new software with ease
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred
- Experience with onboarding and union payroll is preferred
