Position

PCI is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator I for its PCI New England 586 operations based in Holliston, MA
. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Accounts payable (invoice processing, statement reconciliation, management of purchasing cards)
  • New employee onboarding and records maintenance.
  • Assist with weekly union payroll process.
  • Subcontract management.
  • Office supply purchasing.
  • Assist with event/meeting planning and catering orders.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.
  • Greet incoming callers/visitors with excellent customer service skills.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary range: $52,000 - $65,000 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of office administration experience is required.
  • Experience with accounts payable is required.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be a self‑starter and multi‑task, with agility to move between competing priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong technical skills to learn new software with ease.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding and union payroll is preferred.
  • MA Notary Public License.
