$28.00/hr - $34.00/hr

We are searching for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant with strong attention to detail to support the Company’s marketing and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing communications for distribution
  • Assist with multiple project activities
  • Monitor and track progress through execution
    • Communicate project updates and elevate relevant timing issues
    • Assist to coordinate company events and community service initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with internal brand and business standards
    • Assist in managing company store and branded inventory
    • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed
    Must Haves
    • Prior experience with event coordination
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Strong computer and organizational skills
