Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. • Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments
• Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences
• Participate in training to boost booked calls
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information
• Make outbound calls
• Be available for On-Call duties

• Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
• A problem solver with analytical skills
• A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems
• High school education or equivalent
• Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred

The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
