• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning in patients with neurological or neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Interpret test results and prepare integrated reports that inform diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including neurologists, psychologists, therapists, and medical staff—to develop tailored treatment recommendations.
• Provide consultation and education to clinical teams, patients, and families on cognitive and behavioral outcomes.
• Supervise psychometrists and assist in training staff in test administration and scoring procedures.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Contribute to clinical research, data collection, and ongoing evaluation of digital brain health assessment tools.
• Stay current on advances in neuropsychology, neuroscience, and digital health technologies.

• Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology.
• Completion of an APA/CPA‑accredited internship and formal postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology.
• Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a psychologist in Massachusetts.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP‑CN) preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult and/or pediatric neuropsychological assessment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report‑writing skills.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare or research teams.
• Familiarity with digital assessment tools and comfort working in a technology‑driven environment.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year; including quarterly, yearly, and performance bonus and strong equity
