As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners who have already raised their hand asking for help. These are warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling, no door knocking, no chasing dead prospects. Your job is simple:
Diagnose the home. Educate the homeowner. Present the solution. Close the deal. You’ll be equipped with proven sales processes, training, and support so you can focus on closing high-quality jobs and maximizing your earnings.#

* ** Sales experience required (in-home sales strongly preferred)
* Comfortable running appointments and presenting solutions
* Willing to work evenings and weekends to maximize opportunity
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* HVAC experience is a plus — we train the right salesperson##
