HVAC Service Apprentice

Job Overview

Support HVAC Service Techs in the maintenance, operation, and repair of HVAC systems.

• Assist Lead HVAC Technician to complete all general in-home service calls.
• Assist Lead HVAC Technician in troubleshooting and repair.
• Keep Technician’s truck, job site clean and organized.
• Maintain high level of motivation and “Can Do” attitude.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, forward thinking.
• Willingness to commit to continuing education.
• Know how to establish customer rapport throughout the process.

Full‑time position. Expected base salary range: $40,000 – $60,000.00. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation. Total compensation determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
