Facilities Technician (Project Management)
Good Chemistry is a rapidly growing, equal‑opportunity employer in the regulated marijuana industry.
Pay Rate: $25.00-$31.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Facilities Technicians travel to all Good Chemistry locations to maintain buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Typical hours are 6:30 am‑3:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in daily repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Promptly resolve maintenance problems within the department.
• Ensure premises and equipment are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Be on call 24/7 to respond to emergency situations (system failure, water leaks, etc.).
• Administer approved procedures for tasks, equipment usage, safety, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Handle all department work orders and requests efficiently and promptly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old (cannabis age requirement).
• Two to four years of experience in construction, maintenance, or related technical fields.
• Must pass a background check to obtain Agent Registration.

• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting (HVAC preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication, prioritization, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Physical capacity for heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and repetitive fine motor movements.
• Must wear provided PPE as appropriate (masks, hair nets, respirators, boot covers, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, smartphone, and reliable transportation.

Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; lift and move up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with mechanical assistance). Employee may be exposed to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, and loud noises. All jobs require daily use of provided PPE such as masks, hair nets, respirators, boot covers, hearing protection, aprons, gloves, Tyvek suits, and eye protection.
