Process Engineer (Quality & R&D Positions open)

Experience is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities applicable to our QA or R&D Needs:

• Process design and optimization: Design, develop, and implement processes for production, and use simulations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Data analysis: Assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and conduct optimization tests to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and improvement: Identify and solve complex process problems, and develop innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Safety and compliance: Create and enforce safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure processes comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain process documents, collect and interpret data for reporting, and manage required paperwork for safety and compliance.
• Equipment management: Design, modify, and test new and existing equipment, and monitor its performance.
• Collaboration: Work with other engineers, production teams, and quality control personnel to ensure seamless operations and maintain quality and consistency.
