Position Summary
Plans, coordinates, and directs the functions of the quality control program designed to ensure continual improvement of product output consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel.
Shift and PayShift: 6AM - 3:30PM
Pay: $19.00
- Demonstrate ability to develop, interpret and analyze critical data, measurements, and statistical data to maintain material and process capability.
- Ability to communicate effectively in various settings.
- Conduct vendor audits, customer order reviews, internal quality audits and safety audits to ensure compliance with established process requirements.
- Perform complete check to assembly and build blueprints to verify product.
- Ability to understand purpose of product.
- Ability to determine tolerances.
- Adhere to safety policies.
- Working knowledge of Quality software programs.
- Knowledge and understanding of non-conforming material procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 to 6 months of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of Quality experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate will be required to walk, talk, or hear, stand, sit, and reach with both hands and arms. The employee will occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Normal weight to be lifted or moved is between 0 and 15 pounds. The associate could be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
