At the site, we have been looking for months for the perfect Director, Operational Excellence and we have not landed on THE candidate yet. This person will be responsible for defining what Operational Excellence looks like for this site as part of the Fujifilm Biotechnologies network, build a ridiculously strong team to support and embedding the team within the business functions and operations to really drive continuous improvement across the site in a consistent way.

The leader for this team needs to be passionate about what they do, why it is important and be able to make Operational Excellence spread across the site in an organic, fast paced way that delivers results. We foundationally believe having the right leader and team in this space will be what sets us up for success and sets us apart from the others.
