Thisroleisessentialinassistingequipmentoperators,maintainingsafejobsites,andperforminghands-onworksuchasdebrisremoval,siteprep,andgenerallabortasks.
Theidealcandidateisreliable,safety-focusedandwillingtoworkinoutdoorenvironments.
- Assistequipmentoperatorsandcrewswithdailysiteoperations
- Performmanuallabortaskssuchasclearingdebris,settingupjobsitesandpreparingmaterials
- Maintainsafeworkzonesbyspottingforequipmentanddirectingtrafficwhenneeded
- Usehandtools,chainsawsandsmallequipmentasdirected
- Followallcompanysafetypolicies,OSHAregulationsandenvironmentalguidelines
- Report hazards,unsafe conditions,orequipmentissuespromptlytosupervisors
- Supportlandclearingandconstructioncrewswithadditionaltasksasneeded
- Priorconstructionorlandclearingexperiencepreferredbutnotrequired(willtrain)
- Abilitytosafelyusehandtoolsandsmallequipment
- Willingnesstoworkoutdoorsinallweatherandterrainconditions
- Strongworkethicandabilitytofollowdirections
- Abilitytotraveltojobsites(perdiemprovidedwhereapplicable)
- Valid driver'slicense(required)
- Reliabletransportationtoandfromjobsite
- Willingtowork

- Abilitytolift,carryandmoveupto
