Pay range: $34 - $38 per hour (W2)

Job Description:

This consultant role supports senior staff in initiating, designing, and delivering biotech facilities projects for a leading global biopharmaceutical client. Key duties include gathering user requirements, performing engineering studies, conducting facility walkdowns, evaluating existing systems, and providing design recommendations.

• Support Facilities Senior Manager on ongoing activities and new projects.
• Conduct facility walkdowns and resolve punch lists.
• Perform field evaluations of existing systems and recommend engineering designs.
• Assist in project definition and prepare technical documentation for third‑party execution.

• Advanced degree (Master's) OR Bachelor's with ≥2 years experience, OR Associate’s with ≥6 years, OR High school/GED with ≥8 years.
• Experience in facilities management and project engineering.
• Strong communication and task‑management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, be proactive, and eager to learn.
• Red flags: lack of engineering or facilities experience; over qualification (>10 years industry experience).
