Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC), office in 2025. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and quality check deliverables for clients.
  • Participate in pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis across various projects.
  • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for future environments.
  • Familiarize with federal, state, and local regulations, along with company and client standards and practices.
  • Learn and apply discipline-specific software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS.
Qualifications
  • ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) expected by Summer 2025 in one of the following fields:
    • Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
    • Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering
    • Engineering Technology
