PositionWe are currently seeking a Physical Therapist with a specialty in Pelvic Health to help expand and lead this vital service line.

Full time (PRN, part-time available) - Salary: $74,000 - $90k+
- Hours:
10-40 hours - Assignment:
On-site - Schedule:
Flexible (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–5:30pm); option for evenings or Saturdays if desired

Meet our team:
Requirements- Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Masters of Physical Therapy
- Completion (or enrollment within 90 days of hire) of a pelvic health certification (e.g., Herman & Wallace)
- Comfortable performing internal pelvic exams and treatments
- Willing to treat general outpatient ortho patients as needed
- Preferred:
At least 1 year of experience in pelvic health PT - Dry Needling certified
- Wants to grow a pelvic health caseload (initially >50%, with potential for 100% as demand grows)
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit – excited to build a niche, connect with referral partners, and educate the community
- Is open to treating general orthopedic patients as needed
- Is confident, compassionate, and has a team-first mindset
- Is proactive in collaboration and coverage (e.g., supporting team during vacations/sick days)
- Comfortable marketing to local healthcare and fitness providers
