Compensation: $35.00/hr – $45.00/hr (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education)
Schedule: Full time – Alternate shifts: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am or 3:00 pm – 1:00 am (schedule subject to change based on client needs)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to support our EHS team with a focus on industrial ergonomics. This role will contribute to the continuous improvement of the client’s Occupational Health programming, provide ergonomic assessment support, and assist in implementing strategies that enhance workplace health, safety, and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist in continuous improvement of Occupational Health programming.
- Support implementation of new elements within the industrial ergonomics program.
- Perform ergonomic assessments, posture screenings, and training.
- Assist with Wellness/Movement programs.
- Oversight of preventative and proactive ergonomics activities such as hand therapy and self‑myofascial release.
- Assess ergonomic risk factors and implement control strategies.
- Perform data review and trend analysis.
- Support EHS administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Participate in the emergency response team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Position is not remote.
- Degree concentration in Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Occupational Health, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, or Physical Therapy.
- First‑Aid, CPR, and AED training certification.
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing industrial safety programs during new pharmaceutical facility start‑up.
- Experience managing emergency action plans and emergency response activities.
- Knowledge of ergonomic assessment tools.
- Interpretation of EHS regulations to ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.
- Conduct job hazard analysis and support industrial hygiene, ergonomic, and other safety assessments as needed.
- Coordinate formal and informal EHS training for staff and contractors.
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
- Working knowledge of ergonomic principles and practices.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
