Stretch Therapist/Personal Trainer/Kinesiology

Join the Stretch Lab Franchise team as a Stretch Therapist/Personal Trainer/Kinesiology professional.

Stretch Lab is seeking individuals with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, and Athletic Training to join our team in the Triangle area (Cary, Morrisville, and Holly Springs, NC). This is an opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Stretch Lab offers one-on-one assisted stretching and has created various programs to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. Our team includes experts certified in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more.

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build Stretch Lab membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure client safety with regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Lab policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use.

• Required background:
  Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, Sports Coach, Licensed Physical Therapist, or Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on client training.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
• Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program.
