Position Summary

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high‑quality patient care. Working closely with our providers, you’ll help ensure every patient has a positive, efficient, and compassionate healthcare experience.

Position Highlights
  • Full‑time role with rotating 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour weekday shifts and a rotating weekend schedule.
  • Primarily supports one provider, requiring a flexible and adaptable team player.

  • Comprehensive benefits package available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms.
  • Triage patients as necessary.
  • Administer vaccines and injections.
  • Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit.
  • Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures.
  • Administer medications.
  • Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain proper disinfection protocols.
  • Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging.
  • Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider.
Qualifications
  • Preferably hold a certification of CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT.
  • At least one year of Medical Assistant experience.
