You may be our next great Manager at Safe Splash + Swim Labs Morrisville (Triangle)! The Manager position is an integral member of our senior management staff and is directly responsible for all aspects of our product and customer service. What will you do as a Manager?
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies to grow the business
- Partner with the Regional Manager to establish and maintain customer service vision and strategy, execute strategies, and engage with the community and sales
- Assist the District Manager in providing vision, leadership, and direction to team members
- Manage P&L to achieve or exceed revenue, cost, and margin objectives
- Drive programs and processes that promote business growth while optimizing margins
- Forecast, budget, plan, and set goals effectively
- Set and manage productivity and performance expectations for staff
- Build and develop a motivated team to deliver excellent service and grow the business
- Attract and hire qualified individuals with necessary skills and experience
- Manage customer service at the front desk and retail counter
- Perform swim instruction as needed
What are we looking for in a Manager?
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop staff
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Availability to work any day of the week
- Strongly preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in aquatics management
- Experience in swim instruction
- Experience working with children and families
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and operation (Certified Pool Operator or Aquatics Facility Operator)
