• Operate and maintain equipment to support aggregate production
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Assist with material handling and loading operations
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
• Support plant operations through general labor and cleanup tasks

• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
• Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability
• Capability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
• Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying conditions
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $18.06 to $24.24 per hour
